Once again the play area at Norwood Gardens has suffered damage. The see-saw has been completely snapped off it’s base and is irrepairable. The equipment damage on this occasion will cost several thousands pounds to rectify. This impacts the ability of the Town Council to make other improvements to play areas and parks.
