An Evangelical Anglican Church that seeks to be friendly and contemporary in styles of worship and teaching. The Church seeks to relate the Bible to daily life and develop warm relationships within the church family and the wider community.
Everyone is welcome at their worship services, which in general have an informal feel about them. Services are led by a mixed team, drawing from both Lay and Ordained, and sung worship is nearly always led by their worship group.
Holy Communion, Sundays at 9AM
On the 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Sunday of the month we have our Holy Communion service.
In keeping with Holy Trinity’s style, this is a slightly less formal communion service with Hymns.
The Service is followed by refreshments, joining with those who will be coming along to our 10:30AM service.
Morning Worship, Sundays at 10.30AM
On the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month we gather for refreshments before the service, where we join with those who have attended out 9:00AM service, and then move into our Morning Worship Service.
Where we gather to worship God around the preaching of his word and contemporary worship music.
On the 3rd Sunday of the month we also have Communion at this Service.
Our Youth & Children’s discipleship groups, Sparkle, Shine, Flare, and Beacon also meet during this service Except for the 1st Sunday as we have our Kids and family service in the afternoon.
Kids And Families Service
On the 1st Sunday of the Month we have our Kids And Family Service, at 4:00PM, which will last roughly 1 hour.
We will have a light tea of sandwiches, crips, etc., followed by a fantastic time of worship orientated towards children and families.
Sense Of Space
On the 3rd Sunday of the month at 4:00PM
Accessible Space To Belong, Explore And Worship At Holy Trinity Southwell.
A service especially for families and friends, beautifully shaped by disability, seen or unseen.
All ages are welcome, to explore faith through our senses, with structured, yet informal time to join in.
Finishing with tea together – we all bring something to share.
